Minimum charge per use / technical equipment:

• Monday to Friday: 1 hour
• Saturday: 2 hours
• Sunday and public holiday: 4 hours

Calculation/ Billing per started hour + additional 1 hour travelling.

Prices for mobile cranes with greater lifting power upon request. Arrival and departure times in the fairground are charged only outside official construction and dismantling periods.

The forwarding contractors of Messe Düsseldorf GmbH commissioned for the trade fair hold sole shipping rights. This applies in particular to the use of forklifts and mobile cranes.

A surcharge of 35% on the fees will be charged for orders and changes submitted less than 14 days before implementation.

Please note the deadlines for delivery/pickup of heavy cargo. The commissioned Service partner will inform you of the final price upon receipt of order.

The German Forwarder’s General Terms and Conditions (ADSp) - last amended version - including the BSK conditions shall apply to all orders placed with the contract carrier.
